HOW DO I INSTALL MY RV KIT INTO MY HITCHFIRE GRILL?
- Install our RV kit installation video here.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND LEAD TIMES?
- Please allow 5 to 7 days for order fulfillment.
- We ship all items for free within Metro Manila.
- Outside of Metro Manila, we use JRS Express (prepaid), AP Cargo (freight collect) or LBC (freight collect). Please email us for a quote.
- Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once order has shipped.
- No weekend delivery.
WHERE IS YOUR PHYSICAL STORE?
- You may visit our dealers or visit our showroom at Unit S01 2/F Northeast Square, 47 Connecticut St., Greenhills, San Juan City.
WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?
- We accept the following modes of payment: Credit/Debit Card, Gcash and bank deposit/transfer. We do not accept COD and we don't have any installment scheme yet.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY?
- Per DTI, consumers may return or exchange goods or avail of other remedies, in case of hidden faults or defects. Change of mind is not considered when requesting for a refund or replacement:
- Customer can claim for replacement or refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Customer must return the item in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and freebies.
- Customer must present the proof of purchase which our authorized personnel can validate.
- HitchFire reserves the right to do a technical evaluation of the product prior to approval of return/refund/replacement request.
- Cancellation of orders due to change of mind using credit card payment will be subject to credit card processing fees by the payment solutions provider.
- Replacement may take up to 7 days upon approval.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
- We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging and condition, within 7 days of purchase, and with receipt.
- Original shipping costs will be excluded from the refund.
- Refunds can take 3-5 business days after receipt of product and is based on the condition of the product after full inspection.
- RMA number must be included on box in order for refund to be issued.
- Please contact us for RMA number, more details and to initiate the return process.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO MOUNT THIS ON MY CAR?
- Standard 2" hitch receiver.
CAN I USE THIS WITH 1 1/4" HITCH?
- Yes if you purchase an appropriate hitch adapter with a weight rating adequate for the grill.
CAN YOU REMOVE THE GRILL FROM THE SWING ARM?
- Yes the grills can easily be removed from the swing arm and used on a table top.
CAN THE GRILL BE USED WITH BUTANE GAS TANK?
- Yes, we offer a butane adapter that works with 450g size butane gas tanks.
CAN THE GRILL BE USED WITH 20 LBS PROPANE TANK?
- Yes, we offer a propane adapter hose that works with all standard size propane tanks.

CAN YOU MOUNT A BIKE RACK AND HITCHFIRE GRILL AT THE SAME TIME?
- Yes, but will require a dual hitch extender as shown below.
